Free Exercise Class
One more month of exercise class before we take a break for summer. Every Tuesday and Thrusday at the Church at 9am. Tuesday is strength training where we use the ball and weights and Thursday's class is yoga. They are great classes and everyone is welcome. The last class will be Thursday, May 1st. These classes are great for runners helping to build strength and endurance. Call DeEtte if you have any questions.
