If you need motivation - Well here you have it!

As I was talking to Matt (he has been in Florida for the past four days) telling him how excited I was about you blogging - he thought it would be a great idea to show you where I have come from. For those that have not been privileged to my before and after shots - I hope you are sitting down when you see these... To tell you the truth I think I have selfish reasons for showing the pictures - The more I look at them the more I never want to look like that again. I particularly like the one at Disneyland so you can see that my big and tough Andrew always wasn't' that way - ha ha. The after picture is me crossing the finish line at the Deseret News 10K - on my 40th birthday. What a great day! Also, look to the left for the link about the story of a Utah Principal who lost a lot of weight and became a runner. (Another suggestion from Matt - how cute is he!!)

Holy Cow Danae! You are one amazing woman!!! Okay, I am so not going to complain about my 20 minutes on the eliptical and just do it. I am trying cross-training to see how it all works for me--I really LOVE doing Tae Bo and Yoga but I am beginning to like run/walking. Anyway, thank you so much for the encouragement and you are AMAZING!!!!!

Ok, I love the picture with Eyeore and Pooh. I clicked on it to see it better, and it's so typical that two of the three kids are crying. You and Matt look like it's been a less than magical day, but you are there at Disneyland and therefore will have fun. And even in your heavy days, you're still a cutie. Thanks for the inspiration!

DaNae-
You are a true inspiration to us all. Thanks for your motivating story. I can't believe your determination and will power. You are amazing and I am so glad for the opportunity I have had lately to get to know you better. You are a remarkable women and we are all so fortunate to know you. Thanks for setting this wonderful group up. I think it has already helped and motivated a lot of people, including myself. I am finally getting into a daily habit of running which is hard to do when you don't have a buddy. You are awesome!!!
